Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Build My Workflow ("we," "us") collects on buildmyworkflow.io and while delivering the service, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, company, team size, the tools you use, and the workflow details you submit through our forms or in Slack.
- Usage data: pages visited, referral source, and campaign parameters (UTMs), collected through cookies and similar technologies when analytics tools are active.
- Service data: the access you grant to your tools so we can build and maintain workflows. Credentials stay in your accounts; we sign in through role-based invites you control.
2. How we use it
- To respond to booking requests, run your trial, and deliver builds.
- To bill your subscription through our payment processor.
- To measure which marketing brought you here (for example the Meta pixel and Google Tag Manager, when active, may process cookie identifiers and page events; Meta may use this data per its own policies).
- To email you about your account and, occasionally, about the service. You can opt out of non-essential email anytime.
3. Who processes it
We use a small set of processors to run the business: website hosting (Vercel), project management (ClickUp), client communication (Slack), scheduling and CRM, payment processing, and advertising analytics (Meta, Google). Each receives only what it needs for its job. We don't sell your personal information.
4. Retention
We keep lead and client records while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for bookkeeping and legal purposes. Ask us to delete your data and we'll remove what we're not legally required to keep.
5. Your choices
- Block or clear cookies in your browser to limit analytics tracking.
- Email us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you.

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here with a new date.
